Whether you are hosting a shower, birthday party, anniversary party, large or small get-together or planning you wedding, you deserve to enjoy your event without having the stress of planning every detail. Our event services offer you peace of mind and the ability to enjoy the process without the headache. Although our specialty is event design, we do offer event planning services.

The initial consultation:​

 

At our initial meeting we will discuss your ideas and goals for your event such as your style, preferences, budget and personal details you would like to add. Once I have a feel for what you want, I will spend time gathering ideas and put together a few idea boards for you.  It is crucial that I get a feel for your specific style and event goals. In order to do so I will set several meetings with you and present the items and ideas to ensure that I am on the right track.

Event Design:

 

Our event design services were created to assist our clients who love hosting events but either cannot find the time to manage all of the details and people involved or just simply do not want to deal with the typical headaches that come during the planning process.  This service is also geared toward our DIY brides on a tight budget.

Event Design Services Include:

• PINTEREST Board

• Idea Boards

• Selection of all decorative items

• Aid in finding vendors; catering, photography, cakes, rentals etc

• Set up & break down of decorative items before and after event

​

Prior to your event we will set specific time to set up before your event. For large scale events will prefer to have everything set up the day before. For smaller scale events we can typically set up the morning of.  We will also set a time to come and help breakdown all decorations once the event is over.

Event Design Services DO not include:

​

• Coordinating vendors

• Coordinating the event

• Managing persons involved in the planning process

• Our attendance at the event 

• Our presence or help with vendor meeting prior to the event

​

This service is our most cost effective service being that it does not require our presence or coordination of your event. As far as any of your guests are concerned, you planned and executed the entire event.
